"Quality Acceptance Standards for International Brands in the World"

WIB-WIBDC-WIBEIS-2017-005

In view of the lack of consistency and non-recognition of standards of other countries and the proliferation and spread of fake brands in global international trade practices,   In order to unify the acceptance standards for the products of international trade brands, solve the confusion of quality brand judgment in international trade practice caused by different politics, culture, history, customs, laws and standards, and the problem that different standards are not conducive to the recognition of international trade brands and the unification of international trade tariffs,After the study of the world brand organization assembly committee, specially formulated the world international brand commodity quality acceptance standard applicable to the global international trade practice.

This standard stipulates the basic principles of the acceptance of product quality, character, and taste in the practice of global international trade, as well as the labeling content of legal responsibilities.

This standard applies to the import and export of all products in international trade worldwide and the international acceptance of international branded products (country-based, non-international branded products, that is, general ordinary products and domestically sold products. This international standard is not implemented, but only National standards are sufficient, but in principle it is not suitable for export to other countries).

Reference standards: refer to the "Product Quality Law", "Standardization Law", "Consumer Rights Protection Law" and "Product Marking Regulations" of various countries to form a globally unified "World International Brand Commodity Quality Acceptance Standard."

The specific content is as follows:

Ⅰ. The basic content of world international brand product quality acceptance includes four major aspects:

1. The basic content that the brand product quality should include (all in English and Chinese + product national language)

(1) Global quality inspection report;

(2) World international brand quality inspection report;

(3) Quality and character test report of world international brands;

(4) Test report of quality and taste of world international brands;

(5) Acceptance report of global uniform labeling of world international brands.

2. According to product characteristics and usage requirements, brand product quality should also include six aspects

(1) Commodity production standards. Product specification, grade, net content, name and content of main ingredients contained, and other technical requirements;

(2) Product quality inspection standards;

(3) Product quality acceptance standards;

(4) Description of the operating environment and normal life, safety certification standards, quality assurance commitments (including no viruses, no bacteria, no radioactivity, no mechanical or functional safety factors, etc.);

(5) Installation, maintenance and use instructions;

(6) The product country barcode of the World Brand Organization.
